This blended course includes both online learning and a 7-hour practical classroom session to ensure participants gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. A fully classroom-based version is also available.

I recently attended skills training group for a first aid at work course. They were rhe cheapest by miles. The venue was easy to access and plenty parking at. The trainer Allan King is like rain man! No power point, handouts, paperwork from beginning to end it was all from memory. Really interactive having a go at cpr, recovery position. Great course that I hopefully don't need to use but I feel far more confident if I had to help
