Join our comprehensive Blended Paediatric First Aid Course, crafted for those involved in childcare and early education. This Ofsted-compliant course, suitable for Early Years Educator EPA and EYFS requirements, merges interactive eLearning with hands-on training, ensuring both convenience and practical experience.
Course Structure:
- Elearning Module: Receive a code to access approximately 6 hours of eLearning, which can be completed flexibly before the practical training day.
- Practical Training Day: Engage in 6 hours of face-to-face training with our expert trainers, including an end-of-day practical assessment.
Course Content:
- Key areas such as emergency situation assessment, managing unresponsive casualties, and handling specific paediatric situations like choking, seizures, fevers, burns, and more.
- Specialised training in anaphylaxis, asthma, minor injuries, and dealing with extreme temperatures.
Certification:
- Receive eCertificates, valid for three years and meeting full EYFS/DfE and Ofsted criteria for Early Years.
